Challenge vs problem

When there are smthg difficulties/differences happen in our normal day life, normally the 1st think come out is ' PROBLEM'...and follow with others Q..why this happen to me, what did i do wrong, why must be me..why not others n bla..blaa..blaaaa..


So when we treat that's as problem...there always be...so stop asking why & what Question????

Next step please....HOW??? Start looking a solution plz..moving forward...
Life is full of challenging OK...treat is as a challenge NOT a problem...

dah xtau how to express my feeling right now...its positively (wah i'm using word positively, very the article one) tension, pressure, exhausted, no word can describe it right now...

Just finished my slide for presentation tmrw..need to read some more about FV (compulsary OK!!!) reminding myself again...huhuhuuu...kang xpasal2 jadi mcm last week..

Basically, what is FV? What make FV come into the picture again & how it has been practice now?

so ni la tujuannye blog ni tempat saya nak membebel & mengarut bila dah sampai tahap review article sampai muntah darah hijau kot...

nak mengarut & bebel kat FB kang semak plak wall kawan2 saya...kang xpasal2 kena unfriend terus...
